Here's some of the great recipes that Miss KoKo and I have come up with and turned out good enough to share.

KoHoSo's Biscuits and Gravy

One of Miss KoKo's favorite things to eat is biscuits and gravy, but she didn't really know how to cook the gravy. As one who originates from the American South, how could I resist providing her with the best I could possibly make? Having not cooked this type of gravy for many years, after a few tries and then some minor adjustments, KoHoSo’s Southern Country Sausage Gravy beats the tar out of anything you will get in a restaurant as it uses a whole pound of breakfast sausage. As for the biscuits, I made some very slight alterations to the recipe from my hometown newspaper, the Louisville Courier-Journal.
